Be interesting to see if this actually happens....particularly if we happen to be winning at the time. Or for that matter if a couple of players are actually brought in before then.

https://www.caughtoffside.com/2020/01/2 ... vs-wolves/

And thinking about it, if it does happen I'm not sure I agree with doing it at the 58th minute particularly with the usual Munich tribute before the match. Agree with the article in that some fans might not join in if it seems disrespectful.

Between 65 and 70 would probably work better if it's actually to happen.
As a one off it really doesn't matter if and when the walk out happens
Everybody will have paid to go to the match and as the owners have showed at Tampa Bay it is totally unimportant if the normal fans even bother to turn
up
As step two of a thought out campaign it has its place
Step one has already been taken with the singing against Woodward and The Glazers. The club did notice as they immediately told the singers(Tuft's Monkeys) that they were getting a one match ban from being a singing section
When that didn't work they put them back together and Ed Woodward has just stopped going to the games so he can't hear it.He has not been at the last 2 games and strong rumours tell me is going to move back down to United's Mayfair London office full time

The fans need to follow him if that is the case
They need to hold protests outside his office in large numbers and double up with larger protests on match days so that the sponsors "might" take note.
Again that is difficult as all the noodle, lawn mower and official travel partners are not at the games
The fans need to get the newspapers reporting on it so the protests have to be constant
A boycott on the kit sponsors and notes on the kit sponsors website wouldn't go amiss eiter

I am not advocating violence as that would be totally wrong but if Woodwards family "believed" there was half a chance of trouble coming to her door and the weak link in the Glazer family,Darcy felt the same it would also help
There is no point in going after Joel Glazer as he is only money motivated at the expense of all other considerations
It wouldn't do any harm to explain to the Norwegian tourists that they are not actually helping United or Ole by paying £1000 a game. They are actually being mugged by United.

The biggest possible problem i see is that i am not convinced the Glazers have not already run up loans that we don't know about
We know that the debt increased in November to almost a frightening 1/2 billion dollars
What we don't know is if there is anything else such as a morgage on Old Trafford or Carrington or a loan against future TV or sponsorship deals
If there is then this club is toast
Te Glazers wouldn't be able to sell as anybody buying would want to do due diligence and it would all come out then

Thankfully the fans have finally turned and there is no way back imo
To buy Fernandes at the 11th hour won't shut them up especially after seeing Haaland give us a body swerve and we won't get Grealish or Erickson or any quality for that matter.A couple of 18 year olds on the cheap won't help at this stage
One transfer and Ole muttering "no value" "wait till summer" wait and see just won't work now
Especially if as anticipated we win nothing and still have City to play twice this season and i can't see past two dickings
It doesn't have to lead to violence, but the angry mob showing up at Rooney's door seemed pretty effective. Sadly I think this is the only option that might work.

No wonder Woodward didn't go to the Tranmere match.

I can't say I agree with that.
Wanting him out is one thing, that is a step too far IMO

Yeah it seems to be getting a bit out of hand now.

Read an article a couple of days ago in which a pundit who claims to know him well claimed that if it continues, Woodward would probably quit on his own initiative.

Might be best for everyone and fingers crossed that his replacement wouldn't be worse.

I've supported this club for over 50yrs, and I don't want to be associated with mindless idiots like that, if they had been at home it could have mentaly scarrred his wife and kids for life.

I do not condone violence but this lot knew that nobody would be at home.
As well as this house in Peover,Ed Woodward and his family have a home in London which is where they are based. You see you can actually own two massive houses based on what you have bled out of this club

They made no secret of the fact they were going to turn up which is why the papers had pictures
Every serious old time match going fan can tell you exactly the names of this lot
For information the leader is called Faz

Now when you talk about mentally scarring people for life you have to take into account who this lot are
They are mostly young pisspots who follow the club everywhere spending a significant part of their income
That is when they are "lucky in the ballot"
When the club has been treated the way it has for 15 years of Glazer ownership and the most important people to this club has become tourists and noodle sponsors they feel and actually are discarded
They feel it is getting worse. And it is
They don't see a way out because there isn't one
So do they do nothing and just stop going and give up a significant part of their lives to replace it with nothing
That might actually mentally scar them
Or do they lob a few flares as a message against a house they know is empty

It will be interesting to see if Ed Woodward attends the Manchester City game tonight and the Wolves game on Saturday
It will also be interesting to see what happens,if anything,re the planned walk out in the 58th minute on Saturday
The main problem for me is that this lot have been allowed to take the piss for far too long.Supporters have had enough, end of
We have gone through those that have just given up going altogether
We have gone through those that used to go to every game, like me,that now go only now and again when i get a free ticket or two
We have gone through those that used to bring their kids up on the tradition of the club via their dads and grandads taking them.Again like me.My lad has given up after 18 years of going
They have now gone through the Chinese supporters who have gone to Anfield

You are now left with the hard core, uneducated druggies and pisspots on one side and the Glazer family,Ed Woodward and Scouse Matt Judge on the other
Finally we are getting close to seeing what these leaches have in mind for this once great club
Will they sell or will they all vanish and continue taking what they can?

With something like this it doesn't really matter whether you've supported the club for 1 year or for 50. Football is important to all of us but you don't go to a mans home and basically threaten him and his family because you don't like the way the club is run....and that's regardless of whether anyone is home or not.
When his kids go to school and their friends are talking about it, there's bound to be effects.

As a United fan, you can't run down the scouse for shaking an ambulance or attacking a bus and then consider that an incident like this is okay because it's our fans. If it had been scouse fans every United fan would be condemning it.

Far as I'm concerned the many birth canals involved have only hurt the reputation of the club and if caught should be both banned and arrested .

This is a tricky one

Most people,me included, don't accept violence but how should it be handled?
If you sing songs like "build a bonfire" it is described as not appropriate. Now i don't mind that as it is only words
So what is Woodwards or the Glazers kids hear a few words and get a ribbing off other kids
These owners, tossers have no problem affecting the lives of the United supporters when they bar them from standing up and/or signing songs they don't approve of or indeed just being critical of the owners
In many cases these "many birth canals" are the fifth and sixth generation of United supporters and are having their lives affected directly by what has been happening for the last 15 years and continues to happen

They take pictures through hidden cameras of the "singers" in the ground and make them unlucky in the ticket ballots
They try to SELL them hot drinks on the Munich crash day when they visit the plaque
They provide them with tickets for games that don't work on a match day and instead of sorting the problem and apologise they bollock them, refuse them admission and tell them to come back the day after the match

They have had enough.
The West Ham fans attacked the directors box until the board turned
The scousers walked through the street,EVERY GAME singing "nasty" songs until Gillette and Hicks got out. They also walked out of the ground in the 77th minute when Liverpool told them they were increasing the prices to £77.Liverpool lost a 2-0 lead that day and ended up with a draw
Now at Bury they did nothing and now they don't have a team,a club or a ground

I think you have to stop being thin skinned and precious and let the fans dish out some abuse. Not violence but yes to abuse
They deserve it
