Can only get away with a midfield containing Matic and Lingard so many times.

Lingard btw .... What a waste of a position - not like we have anyone to replace him. Pereira is only marginally better, but I'll take that any day!

Neither are worth much.

But then again, I'm not sure that any United player showed much worth today.

Disappointing to say the least, the Olé rollercoaster carrries on.

I simply don't understand his team selection, why does he persist with Lingard, was Williams unfit ?

Not enough quality in this team.. We had chances but we can't hit the net. Also, the midfield is appalling.
Rio Ferdinant and Robin Van Persie did a briliant analysis on BT Sport.

DDG is also quite unreliable lately. He could've done better on both goals.. Especially the second one.

Not sure DDG is at fault at all - he had no business saving the first hit for the second goal at all. It was everything in front of him - even Rashford who works hard on his worst days, was strolling around in the first half when we were under pressure "like Ronaldo".

So Paul Pogba is injured and requires more surgery? So maybe dancing enthusiastically and playing basketball aren't the best choices when recovering from an ankle injury? What a waste of talent.

Williams is a bit erratic, but Luke Shaw should definitely be under threat now
