Preview

We played well against Chelsea but at the end of the day it was 2 points dropped from a position of us taking the lead.

Momentum is key and we lost that during the injuries and we can't seem to get that back. Strikes of bad luck poor goal. Keeping and poor finishing has left us in limbo.

If the season ended now I'd take that and let Ole have his transfer window. There is no way we finishing in the top 4.

We need a top striker and some highly skilled players. Anyways this is football and anything can happen.

Player to watch. : Tony Martial. Better pick. Than Lukaku.

DDG

Dalot. Smalling Linderlof. Shaw

Herrera. Matic. Pogba

Lingaard. Rashford. Martial

Prediction: Away win 0-4, Man Utd to end goal draught

Sorry Goku, I honestly don't think this squad has four goals in it.
I can see the changes being rung again, Ole wants to get an idea of who he wants to keep, and who is leaving

We might as well give the kids a run out.

Some of them might be worth keeping, and what have we got to lose?

We don't need to see most of the incumbents again.

Which game did you watch Goku?
"We played well against Chelsea"
FFS it was two average teams and they were slightly better than us
The most energetic thing the United team did was to run on the pitch for the kick off

This is a total shambles a coz we are a shiity team and i for one am not convinced they are going to do anything about it
They don't meed to
It was like the boxer uprising and the Relief of Maffeking today
Some prick behind me with a cardboard banner that he held up the whole 90 minutes that
"Fan from Hong Kong.I love you Juan Mata 8"
When you've got dicks like that paying a grand a game who needs players?

We're already guaranteed that thanks to Citys League Cup win.

In fact, we still have a proper EL spot to lose. If we finish sixth and Watford beat Citeh at Wembley next month we'll have to kick off our campaign mid July. Which of course would also coincide with our marketing... erm... pre-season tour. Sounds almost apocalyptic doesn't it.

I think Ray has already mentioned this, having to come back off holiday early should have been incentive enough for this squad to do better

Here is another interesting one

I went to the game yesterday with a friend of mine who is the pitch announcer at Stamford Bridge.
He was saying that Chelsea have become like United and Arsenal where profit is first and last

He told me a lovely story about one season when Chelsea got to a cup final
On the last day of the league season Eden Hazard got injured and left the pitch
After the game Ron Gourlay who was the CEO at Chelsea at the time to see how Eden Hazard was and if the medical staff thought he would be OK for the pre season tour(NOT the cup final)
I am surprised United haven't given him a job with those sort of priorities

I think we passed crisp against Chelsea. Take away dodgy De Gea and we deserved a 2 goal lead in the first half.

Dante we all said that if we get a few injuries the back up is not good enough.

I'm happy with what OLE has done ect. But this team chocked at the end of the line.

We're already guaranteed that thanks to Citys League Cup win.

The competition to avoid playing in the Champion's League by Spurs, Chelsea, Arse and us is getting even hotter!

Now Tottenham have screwed up today, and got Son sent off, which is most of their goal potential.

Strange looking bench.
Most attacking player on it is Chong.
Lukaku and Martial busy packing their bags maybe?

Dear God.

At least it is over, as is the chance of getting embarrassed in the Champion's League next year.

Every time this season that I've thought it couldn't get worse, these players have proven me wrong :headbang:

Any kind words for Ole or even Jose after this revelation? Ole ended with a far worse record, probably broke record(s) along the way than I can remember. He was entertaining though so......

I had hoped his contract would not be so long. To be honest I'm not even sure what he can do with the right players but I do hope he is prepared for this type of mess come next season.

That is a coz we iz a shit team

Now wake up and smell the roses
this is not something that has happened overnight
It has been a steady downhill trend for 7 years

You and others have blamed Moyes,LVG,Jose and are now probably correctly starting to look at Ole as possibly not the right man
Who the fornicate has recruited and not supported these managers
Answer is only Woodward who is a arsewipe for the Glazers
That is where the problem starts and ends

The bad news is that it is not going away
Nor is there any movement on anything important sucha s director of football, transfer policy, funds available
Ole looks like he is trapped in the headlights
He is already struggling to answer media questions and still he is getting no help from above

That to me is understandable as the big question for the Glazers, now that pre qualification for the having a laugh league is a probability is who to send to where
Do they send the kids on the merchandising tour to Oz and Singapore and send the first team,in whatever shape it will be to Gdansk or similar to pre qualify in July or do they have to send the shirt sellers on tour and play a poor kids team in the pre qualifiers
Now that is a question that some may laugh about or even dismiss but think about it before you do

Jermain on MOTD saying that over the last run of games only Lidelof and McTominay could make the case not to be on the transfer list, with DDG arguable only in view of his longer term performance.

Who could argue with that?

We have football without all the running around and trying.

Ole is talking crap in saying that they are trying, but maybe he has to.

I'd play our women's team if that were allowed.

I may be wrong but it has seemed to me since day one that Ole is toeing the party line
"People expect me to sign 6 players.Well that isn't going to happen!!".I personally think we need 8 or 9 plus a management policy, scouting policy plus a youth policy
I can't see anything happening at all.It may be that everything is indeed being put in place but so far Phelan has not signed up.He said the scouting policy is non existent and he wouldn't sign until somebody gave him full responsibility for the new signings
The fact he has not signed indicates that Woodward is still in control of the signings
Will he relinquish it?Who knows but you have to remember despite the football being the worst in 50 years plus the bottom line is still fabulous
They are asking for £10k for a table at the player of the year award next week. One person gets to present the Player of the Year Trophy for his £10,000
I would be embarrased to even hold the dinner but when it comes to money these leeches have no embarrasment
Who wins the award?
Shaw,McTominay. That's how low the bar now is!!

'“Effort and attitude was not the problem. I can say that the players were running, they were trying. '

-Ole

The first time I have caught him talking complete cobblers.
The match stats don't lie, and neither do our eyes.

They were ambling about, and not for the first time covered very little ground.
