Trying to fornicate walk the ball in against one of the best organised defences in the league.

Relying on Lingard and Martial who are just back from injury and Rashford who’s crocked. Shows how much we’re lacking in depth.

Other teams shit performances (including us tonight), dodgy refereeing decisions and even dodgier cup draws, are effectively gifting the Berties a domestic Treble and a chance at a quadruple on a plate!!!

Yes. In the 95th minute when we drove into the box and put a decent cross in.

Luke finally runs free and doesn't think too hard.
Rashford beautiful swivel and goal now the pressure is off.

2-1

Neither the game plan nor the players worked.

Well I mean we had possession made changes to the players coming back from. Injury.

Would DDG have made the difference? I mean players coming back from injury looked a bit short.

Thank God it's international break. We were sloppy against a counter attacking team. There second goal DDG would have saved.

Finishing 4th and advancing in the UCL has to be the target. 5 players came back from injury and they lack match fitness.

We tried to walk the ball into the net and got caught on the counter attack.

It wasn't a bad performance. We just need to regroup after the international break and Lingaard, Mata, Herrera, Matic and Martial need to get back to that match fitness.

DDG is the best in the world by far. But luckily we have him for the rest of the season. Remero is good but DDG is on another level.

Each team has a bit of a dip but we owned the game controlled it and got hit on the counter.

I'm actually proud in defeat. I'm sure if DDG was in goal he would have made the difference.

Small margins that's all it take in football. We playing well but just one of those weeks.

I'm sure we'll get back to the level we need to be

We played reasonably well at Arsenal and lost but this is the worst we've played since Mourinho left, so I don't think we can complain too much even though some decisions could have been different on Atkinson's part and City basically got a win they didn't deserve.
I personally think that on a whole Pogba's attitude sucks but to give him his due, when he plays badly, the rest of the team look very ordinary and short of idea's and unfortunately, today he was probably one of our most ineffective players. Anyway,Ole's honeymoon period is most definitely over and I think over the next few weeks we'll get a better look at his ability to manage the team when things aren't going too right and see exactly how good he'll be as our manager.

It’s easy to get caught up thinking that because we had the ball for the majority of the time that we were controlling the game, the opposite was true. In my opinion we never got close to controlling this game, Wolves had a game plan that was setup perfectly to neutralize what we wanted to do. We just kept doing the same thing over and over and over, we had very little quickness, no pace and we were so congested on our left flank that we made their job that much easier. It didn’t help that this game came a little too early for some of the returning players but that should not be an excuse.

For the first time since Ole took over I felt we were outworked.

I think we were better when McTomminay and Fred were playing.
I didn't like Ole switching them out for the 'big names' who were ponderous.
The diamond did not work either, and Rashford and Pogba were poor.

Oh dear,oh dear,oh dear

I have just arrived back from Wolverhampton

I see Goku thinks it wasn't that bad a performance and to finish 4th and get through to the Champions league semi is the aim

Let's face it.Tonight's performance was shit.Even Ole said it in the after match press conference when he declared tonights performance the worst since he took over
Right on the back of a good beating by the Arse last week comes another performance when the honest among you will say that we were never at the races
With Pogba sat on the left wing again and the build up play slow and predictable i would go as far as to say Ole was very nieve(again) with the way he set the team up and the game instructions
To be honest we made Wolves look like world beaters.
One shot in the 95th minute and nobody in midfield prepared to tackle sends out massive alarm bells
It must be great to be a City fan coz we helped them enjoy their long journey home whilst taking the piss at our expense
This squad is a long long way short of anything remotely capable of challenging for anything remotely important
I have said it before and i say it again
A RIGHT BACK,TWO CENTRE HALVES AND A WINGER
You can now add to that a hard tacking midfielder and/or a captain capable of driving the team forward
You can also probably add a manager as Ole is showing chinks imo
I feel sure the board will sort everything out in the summer

In the meantime i have genuine fear about dickings from Barca and City
Don't you??

It wasn't that bad coz half the team came back from injuries. Look we were a yard or two short.

With so many players coming back from muscle injuries they were bound to be poor.

Fred and Mctommy maybe would have made a difference.

Every team goes through a bad patch. Ole is young and a student of the game.

Wolves did a Mourinho on us with basicly no ball possession. But of coz we just have to bounce back.

Atkinson is a cheater. He robbed us of a Pen and didn't even look at the VAR screen.

For me Dalot shot is on target. In any other country that is a pen even in the WC.

Look no wonder there were no English refs at the WC. He takes out a red out of instinct as well.

Last time we won UCL we were knocked out at this stage at Old Trafford and played Barca in semi's.

There are positives and negatives you choose what you want to look at mostly. The glass half full or half empty.

5 players coming back from injuries plus the cup keeper.

Shitty were basically pushed over the line by the ref. Offside goal and free penalty kick.

Does one bad week make us a bad team or make Ole a bad manager?

Ole didn't undermine his players. We just have to roll up our sleeves and get on with the league.

We on VAR lite coz there are no TV screens ect. The prem bosses are too cheap to take the full VAR package.

How is the onfield ref suppose to make a proper decision without the TV replays.

One bad week does not make us a bad team
Two poor seasons makes us somewhere between an average and a poor team
Forget VAR and similar excuses
We were not close last night.
I know Goku thinks "we were not that bad" but Ole said"That's the poorest performance since i came here. The tempo wasn't high enough and we played into their hands. We never managed to put their keeper or defenders under pressure. There wasn't enough quality"
I believe those are two completely different views and i know whose view i accept
Forget VAR excuses.
We woz shit a coz this is an average team that has been playing above it's limitations and getting a lot of breaks

This week was a reality check
It is even possible that if Jose had still been our manager then we would have found a way to beat Wolves

This team is 6-8 games behind City and Liverpool and about level with Arsenal,Spurs and Chelsea
None of those 3 teams have a realistic chance for challenging for the league
If any of them get slightly close for even a week ot two everybody gets excited.I am thinking specifically of Spurs,
But nobody is surprised when they fall away as they always do

When was the last season that anybody felt throughout the season that Spurs,Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester United had a chance of winning the league?
When was the last season that anybody didn't feel that City had a very good chance or better of winning the league

That is reality. That is how wide the gap is
What are the intentions of Spurs,Arsenal,Chelsea and more specifically for me United
Well as usual it is wait and see
