I'd say they're a couple of people (and one total clown) that need to apologize to Goku :D

Well called Goku
Not really when you have a manager and a team that believes you always stand a chance. I remember Turin and Ole would have spoken about that to the players.

Blown away.

The bit that stands out for me is the way Dalot made some dangerous kids throw ins and passes, and the commentary said that Ole was on the touchline telling him how to play every ball, but without the negativity Mourinho put into Shaw.

And then Dalot took the on target shot which resulted in the penalty.

And Rashford was made of ice.

Ole or Pochetino?
Hmmm......

No it's got to be Ole somebody that knows the history of our club. But Ole is young and hungry and when you manage a club you passionate about it give manager the extra edge.

Ole knows the Man Utd way and and he goes into every game trying to win. Ole should. Be backed.

I just read that the penalty was the first that Rashford has taken for the club.
If that's true it again demonstrates the amazing amount of faith that Ole has in his players and exactly why they are willing to play so hard for him

The post match reading won't always be this sweet but based on what's happened over the last few years since Sir Alex left, it really has to be savored.

Opta stats
  • Manchester United became the first team in Champions League history to qualify for the next round having lost the first leg of a knockout match at home by two or more goals.
  • Romelu Lukaku's first goal after 111 seconds was Man Utd's fastest in a Champions League knockout match since Wayne Rooney scored after 63 seconds against Bayern Munich in March 2010.
  • Marcus Rashford's winning penalty was the first he has ever taken in a competitive match for Manchester United.
  • Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first match in charge on December 22nd, only Manchester City (15) have won more matches in all competitions than Man Utd (14) among teams in the top five European leagues.
  • Manchester United have now scored in 21 consecutive away matches in all competitions, equalling the club record set between November 1956 and September 1957 under Sir Matt Busby.
  • Mason Greenwood became the youngest player to appear for Manchester United in the Champions League, aged 17 years and 156 days, breaking the record held by Gerard Pique (17y 310d).

Saw the below on SSN.

Paris Saint-Germain's president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, former French president Nicolas Sarkozy and Manchester United CEO Ed Woodward.

Caption that!

How about it mods......anything available to be offered that might stir a little bit of the old enthusiasm on the board?

raycreative wrote this after the home leg

Our old friend di Maria took the piss out of Young and will do so again in Paris
He joined United after winning the European cup final with Madrid
United told him they were going to build a world class team round him
He thought they meant football team when they meant merchandising team
You saw with him and Mbappe what top class really is
It is not shirt sellers like Lukaku or Sanchez

So if it's the usual story from inside Old trafford that you are peddling ie that all is well and there is limited availabilty for a Bobby Charlton for the next 3 home games then be happy and content and tell the Glazers you are a good bot and have done your job
The real genuine United fans are seriously worried about the following
1 What damage has this done mentally and physically for the upcoming game against a very average Chelsea We beat them
2 What "might" Liverpool do to us Nothing they were toothless
3 How big a dicking are we going to get in Paris We gdave them a dicking with a second string team
4 Who is the new manager going to be Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has to be favourite
5 Who will this club be able to attract player wise who might have ambitions to challenge for top prizes Anyone with the talent and balls to play for us
Never in the field of football forums has one birth canal been so wrong, now fornicate off back to your cave !
Never seen someone let someone live inside their head rent free like this

This is no luck us getting the late goals. We totally had them in check in the second half. That Smalling Lingaard partnership is what is needed.

That's what the club is about letting the experience help the youth. On Sunday I'm confident that we'll win the 10th Away match.

With players coming back and 9 games to go in the prem, the FA Cup, and hopefully 5 games left in the UCL.

I mean play for the club and we were depleted. Hopefully we can get some players back like Martial.

It was another tactical masterclass by Ole.

Karma caught up with that cheating kampembe he shouldn't have been on the field for the first goal at Old Trafford.

He could join France rugby team. Karma caught up he handles a goal bound shot and VAR catches that cheater out.

So the good the bad and the ugly. We saw it in this game. We lost players in the first leg.

But Ole is a Tactical genius. We go to Paris with kids in midfield. Fair play to them.

Brilliant win! That's the work rate you want in the midfield. Don't care if people talk about PSG's mistakes, I will applaud Lukaku's anticipation. Not sure why Bailly even gets the nod ahead of Dalot!

I've had the chance to let this sink in before I came on here.

What a match. What a night. I had a little nagging feeling before the game that we'd pull through, but all rationality told me to disbelieve it.

I've missed this feeling.

On another note - two absolutely epic CL nights in a row, just a reminder of why I love football.
