I don’t want to get carried away, after all it was only Arsenal, but after a while I to ask myself; who could get more out of these players than Ole has. More important for me, is that Ole has molded these players into a team again. For far too many games in the first half of the season we look like 11 fellows who met in a pub 30 minutes prior to kickoff. On the pitch it was 11 individuals looking for a stroke of brilliance from someone, now we are playing like we actually have a plan to score goals instead of a mindset of; if we stop them from scoring, we are guaranteed at lest one point.
What points out the difference more than anything else for me,
An away game second half leading by a goal:
Under Mourinho; Lukaku off - Fellaini on, Sanchez off - McTominay on
Under Ole; Lukaku off - Rashford on, Sanchez off - Martial on
Long may this train keep rolling.
I can't believe it. I can't believe it. Football. Bloody hell.
